Telecommunications Services - TSTT


The Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Company Limited (TSTT) provides a complete suite of telecommunications services throughout Trinidad and Tobago, including fixed line and mobile communications, broadband internet access, leased lines, data, and other enterprise services.  TSTT also deploys both wireless and wired next generation networks with voice, data, and multimedia capabilities.


How do I access telecommunications services from TSTT?

Due to the full and diverse range of services that are available at TSTT, there are varying criteria required depending on the service that is needed.  Information on how to qualify for any service may be easily obtained by following the links below, or contacting our 24-hour Customer Support Contact Centre at 824-8788.  Alternatively, you may also contact or visit any of the customer service centres listed below, or any authorised TSTT, bmobile or Blink dealer.  Authorised dealers may be located in the TSTT telephone directory.

Where are TSTT Customer Service Centres located?

TSTT Customer Service Centres are dispersed throughout Trinidad and Tobago at the below locations.  With the exception of the Arima location, they are all open between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.  They may all be reached via telephone at (868) 824-8788, facsimile at (868) 627-3467, or via email at erespond@tstt.co.tt.

What documents do I need?

Any form of national photo identification - electoral ID card, passport, or driver's licence - may be used to apply for telecommunications services.

What fees do I need to pay?

You will be required to pay service fees and installation charges for the various types of telecommunications services.  These differ according to the service being requested.  Information on all prices is accessible online or via telephoning the 24-hour Customer Support Contact Centre at (868) 824-8788.

How long does it take to process my application?

This varies by service.  Some services can be activated instantly, whilst others may take a longer time period to be activated because it may necessitate a visit to the applicant's premises to do necessary installation works.
